Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs for extra juiciness)
- 3 tablespoons Fruity Hot Sauce by Roaring Sauces (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or lime juice)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for cooking)
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for extra glaze richness)
- Chopped fresh green onions (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together Fruity Hot Sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Set aside. -
Cook the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Lower heat to medium, cover, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes (or until internal temp reaches 165°F).

Glaze the Chicken:
- Reduce heat to low.
- Pour the Fruity Hot Sauce glaze over the chicken, spooning it over the top.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes, letting the sauce thicken and coat the chicken evenly.
- Add butter (if using) and stir to create a richer glaze.

Serve & Garnish:
- Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Serve with rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
